This hybrid material peg hammer has a heavy stainless steel hammer head and a light aluminum handle. The hammer can be swung out and strike pegs with light force using the pendulum principle. The handle is coated with a matte finish to prevent slipping, and a safety rope is attached to prevent the hammer from slipping off the wrist.
