BROOKLYN OUTDOOR COMPANY's eco-friendly and sustainable folding cot is now available in the long-awaited 600D sheet made of 100% recycled material. The 300D (denier) fabric, which has sold approximately 100,000 units to date, has been further enhanced with a thicker and stronger 600D sheet, which is both quieter and more comfortable to sleep on.

Moreover, the raw material used is an oxford fabric made of 100% polyester recycled from plastic bottles. The water-resistant PU coating is also applied to the details and colors, resulting in a new level of satisfaction and sleeping comfort.

This cot, which was born from BOC's thorough research and development, can be easily assembled alone without the need for an instruction manual. Moreover, thanks to the 1000D sheet, originally developed by BOC, the cot can be assembled with less effort and with excellent firmness.

It not only avoids unevenness, but also reduces heat from the ground, providing a comfortable sleeping environment that is cool in summer and warm in winter. In addition, the height can be switched in two ways, which greatly eases the burden on the lower back when getting in and out of the seat, even during long-term evacuation such as in the event of a disaster.

In addition, by paying thorough attention to the materials used, such as 1000D (denier) sheets and A075 duralumin frame used for aircraft, you can feel the high quality not only when sleeping, but also from the assembly process.

Point 1 The stability of the sleeping comfort is dramatically different.

BOC cots have been supported overwhelmingly since their first release for their excellent sleeping comfort and quietness with the latest frame construction, but this 1000D Tactical Cot has achieved further. In particular, by overcoming the bounce in the head and feet, which tended to loosen in other companies' 600D cots, the stability of the sleeping comfort is dramatically different!

Point 2　Many innovations to simplify assembly

In addition to the newly developed frame structure, it is designed to be easily assembled alone. For example, the newly developed locking system allows the leg frames to be opened and closed with relatively light force. In addition, the two main poles on either side of the seat can be threaded through the sleeves in one shot thanks to a guard on one side of the hole to prevent the poles from falling out of the leg attachment holes. The end of the sleeve through which the main poles are threaded has a dead end in the shape of a bag, making the structure easy for one person to assemble.

Point 3　Eases the burden on the lower back when getting in and out of the bed.

The included cot legs allow for a 2-way height change between 6.7 and 14.5 inches, which greatly eases the burden on the lower back when getting in and out of the cot. Not only for camping, but also for long-term evacuation in times of disaster, one of these cots will provide great peace of mind. It is also the best height for use as a bench.

Point 4　Superior strength, 150kg load capacity

The 1000D (denier*, the higher the number, the stronger) oxford nylon, which was developed in pursuit of lightness, durability, and comfort, and A7075 super duralumin, which is also used in aircraft, provide a load capacity of over 150kg. The figures are for distributed load capacity.

Point 5　Achieves the same weight and storage size as high-end models

With a weight of approximately 26pounds (7.5 pounds including the cot legs), 20.4 inches x Φ7 inches in a storage bag, the weight and storage size are almost the same as those of the high-end model. The storage bag has handles on both sides, so there is no need to worry about the direction when pulling it out from the back of the car.
